Desires
Arseni is a man with a devout love towards all that is artistic. While he claims to be satisfied with his collection, he’s often keeping an eye out for certain items or people who might help him obtain them.
High Society
Arseni has been at the fringes of high society for the past 100 odd years. He lives the part of a noble and has the manners to match, but where he once found intrigue he now finds tedium. He isn’t keen on leaving though—instead he gets his kicks through messing with the imposed structures of conduct. Any nobleman willing to entertain him is bound to be taken along for a ride.
Gentleman Thief
A perfect imposter in high society, with finer tastes and better manners than even the most distinguished men among them. His heists are only for things that catch his interest—items of historical intrigue, art pieces, rare jewels, the like. They are performed elusively, through mind-bendingly elaborate tricks to shockingly simple ones. He has managed to evade the law his entire career, never staying caught for more than a sennight. These days Arseni has settled down into aristocratic life, and his thefts are solely to fund his lavish life, or the rare time a beloved item eludes his grasp legally.
Viera
Despite never intending to, Arseni always finds himself opening up to other Viera quicker than anyone else. His feelings about his heritage are multifaceted, often leaving him scatterbrained when faced with kin. For Viera he deems young (usually under 50), he’s quick to assume a mentor role with little thought to if it’s warranted. He is uneasy around most Veena, but finds quick companionship in those who are similarly exiled. Viera who have lived in a city their entire life are the easiest for him to deal with. Regardless, other Viera will find his composure easy to crack, and gain much more insight on him.
Hunting Trip
Terrified of his life falling out from under him in a time where his wilderness skills had gone rusty, he regularly ventures out into all manner of wild with nothing but the clothes on his back. Everything he needs is obtained from nature and built by hand, all to be abandoned once he’s satisfied. During these times he greatly resembles a sterotypical Wood-warder—cold and ready to shoot on sight. However, he refuses to kill on principle, and will always help a hapless soul.
